Old box call

Someone gave me this box call about 25 years ago when I was in NM. I was wondering if anyone recognizes the call maker. It’s not very polished but can make a yelp.

I have a buddy in Chadron and one in Crawford.  Not sure that either of them would have been in that area whilst Mr. Sternhagen was still alive.  But next time I'm talking to them, I can ask.
