Just got done last weekend helping fry 75 pairs at a get together with some clay shooting.
Good stuff.
Getting them was a bit more work than helping cook them. lol

Ummm, no thanks on the calf fries.  Just can't make myself try that.

Was going to try them once when we were getting rid of some pigs manhood and had a big bowl of them. Took my eye off the bowl to do something else and came back and the bowl was empty. The dog was laying 10ft away sleeping and as big around as a barrel. Gave up on the idea after that..

Some good stuff right there! Gentleman we hunt on in Kansas furnishes the calf fries and we furnish the turkey and we have a big time. Several guys I've taken over the years have had their first taste of the Ole mountain oysters there.

Calf fries, only if I am starving, lol. Love me some garlic lime smoked turkey sliced thin on an everything bagel with some bacon and Monterey Jack cheese and a spot of ranch dressing.
