Thanks again fellas. A good friend of mine took a beautiful bird as well. He’s a photographer so I have lots of great photos. First time I’ve ever got good photos not from a crappy camera or a cell phone. (Even tho the phone pics are fine) appreciate all the comments. I’ll make another post at some point with his bird as well. It was a great bird.

Best looking of all the subspecies in my book, congratulations. I will be going for Rio's in 2021 while visiting family in Oklahoma and would love to go after Merriam's after that.

Added another photo, hope it gives y’all a better idea of how pretty he was. Thanks for all the kind words. He was beautiful. And yes I was in central Nebraska. Close to arnold if you’re familiar with that area

I was up there 16th through the 20th hunting out in that area.  Were ya'll in a dark blue or grey GMC or Chevy?  Mossy Oak Game Keepers decal in the back window?  If so I believe I saw ya'll.  Congrats on the bird - Beautiful.
