Pot call holder
« on: May 15, 2019, 05:16:42 PM »
I broke a piece off of my ouch that I carry my pots in now I can’t secure them. Can you guys tell me what you carry your pots in and where to find one. I am not looking for anything that is bulky. Just something that holds the pot and the strikers so they don’t get wet.

Not sure about the strikers but this is what I do with my calls.

I use Glenda Green Satchel , which is made with waterproof material , i just place my pots in zip lock bag , i just don't zip the bags ... I've used anything from a garbage bag to cover my satchel or vest or whatever i need to keep my calls etc dry .... I've used a extra large duffel bag.. you just have to get creative as most of us turkey hunters do...

I normally wear a vest hunting but use this Knight & Hale pot pouch when going light or off season to tote calls around for practice. Has molle straps in back to attach to your belt/bag.

I want to get one of these myself.

Glenda Green's leather pot call pouches.  Has elastic on the side to secure striker with the call.

Crown Royal bags and put it in a plastic Qt. freezer bag if you're worried about rain. Then put it in your vest.

Crown Royal bags and put it in a plastic Qt. freezer bag if you're worried about rain. Then put it in your vest.
Hence, you need to drink more Crown Royal in order to protect your pots
