Sale not sale with turkeyman62

Purchased a permar trumpet and paid PayPal, to turkeyman62 Monday, said he would ship Wednesday, Tuesday night says I'm sorry but refunding your money a deal he had going fell through so he said I cant have  the call I paid for as he was keeping it.
Total BS Beware!

I figured you would go this route and try to tarnish  my reputation.  I have 100% POSITIVE  feedback on Ebay and elsewhere. I never had a problem. I told you my deal fell through and I was truly sorry and felt terrible. But was not going to sell the call. You were issued a total refund. Which you were not happy with. You were refunded what you paid me. You never paid the $375.00 yet you wanted back $375.00 that you did not pay. How can you pay less and want more back ?  You insisted you wanted the other monies or you were going to paypal. I was nice enough to pay you the $375.00 which you never paid for in the first place. Please take your business else where. Sorry It didn't work out.

Mike, I certainly  did pay the $375 I have PayPal proof. And I would not of went this route if another guy would not of said its what I should do. Call Ralph Permar he will never sell u a call again he told me. Well I have 100% feedback on Ebay also 450 purchased an Sold.

Well it looks like there was $11 and change in fees as I t was sold as Gooods or services for protection of the buyer as it should have been, so it seems he paid 375.

Yes send as friend the existing $12 u tried stiffing me .. Otherwise ((( I paid u  N O T as a friend.)))) Forum rules,!!!!! Thats why the $375 I paid u  u received $363 PayPal fee. Why should I not get back all I paid because u because your not a man of your word and vcd send the call I paid for.
