Extra Power or Reduced Power combination spring kit? What's the difference?

Extra power are generally used for the heavy lead loads and reduced power for some steel waterfowl loads. But cold weather waterfowlers also use the heavy springs sometimes.

Called Wolff and got the kit I needed. If anyone ever needs to know with turkey loads he said go with extra power.

I use the extra power ithaca kit on my sp10 and shoot the 2.25 federal hw with zero issues
