Tornado hit my hometown
« on: May 02, 2019, 09:46:15 AM »
Sorry guys, it's been a whirlwind (no pun) around my place.  An EF3 tornado clobbered my hometown of Ruston La last Thursday morning.  2 people were killed (35 year old mother and her son) and it did TONS of damage to Ruston and LaTech campus.  It's a miracle nobody else was killed or severely injured.  My home and family were spared, as the tornado lifted briefly and went over my house.  Please keep the families and city of Ruston in your prayers.  I've been doing as much as I can to help with cleanup and our city has really come together like I've never seen.  If you have facebook, take a look at this short video:

People who don't get it, don't get that they don't get it.
