870 compact drill and tap?
« on: April 14, 2019, 11:24:27 AM »
How hard is it to have an 870 compact drilled and tapped, I am assuming that it doesn't come that way? Any pics would be great!

Red dot. More than likely vortex venom.

No need to drill 4 holes and mount it on a rail. Drill & tap 2 holes in the thicker portion of the receiver and mount your Vortex on a Marlin 336 base. Clean and low profile...

Better yet purchase a saddle mount. At some point you decided to go with open sights. Simply remove the mount
