Ol' Gal needs a front sight
« on: March 29, 2019, 04:12:48 PM »
Pulled Ol' Gal out of the gun safe the other day and saw that my sight bead had worked its way out.  Anyone got a front bead that would fit an 12 ga 870?

You can order after market beads/sights of several kinds off amazon once you find out the size and thread pattern for your guns bead

Little late but Remington beads are 6-48 thread pattern Brownells or midway has several options Ivory, brass etc. easy to change. I always put a dot of the red loc tite on the bead then install...done for ever. You can also get the tool that makes removal installation easier but a local gunsmith could probably put a new bead on for 10 bucks.
If you make everything easy how do you know when your good at anything?

High viz flame sight. Comes with screws to fit on about any gun out there. Pretty bright too
