I knew that was a high fence bird. Never tried the burger, might have to do it this year.

They’re sage breakfast links. I didn’t have any sheep casings so I went with hog instead. In my opinion the bigger casings keep the sausage from fatting out too easily with wild game. Plus they’re bigger and more is always better!
