I have a bps 10 and believe me  in no way want to come across as a know it all! But I spent a pile of money on these hw7 shells and chokes, and honestly the best choke I found was a kicks 690 or even a 695. Those hw shells are very finicky and need an absolutely clean barrel! The wad is very stiff in these shells and really foul up a choke quick! Good luck ????.

I talked with Rem Man on the phone a few years ago. Those shells are super duper finicky......They will knock a bird off its rocker fast and hard.

But one shot might hight a few inches high. One few inches Left....One dead center....I went throught a box or so chasing patterns.....till I talked to Rem Man.

I lost some confidence in them after that.
