Delrin tube call

Anyone make a all delrin or another synthetic material tube call? I ask because the only thing I do on a tube call is some EXTREMELY loud cutting which works wonders on locating birds on the large tracts of public land I hunt. And when I'm done, my tube is always drenched in saliva.
