NEF 12ga NWTF pic added

Picked up a OG bottomland NWTF NEF.  Ran TSS #9’s through a Carlson’s Full .700.  120’s -130’s in a 10 at 40yards. Was expecting higher numbers in the 10 shooting 9’s but it’s a nice even patter.  Wondering if I should tighten it up?

I would definitely try another choke I got the same gun and it shoots tss 9 in the 400’s. I am running a Carlson longbeard choke in mine. The numbers you got are very low and honestly are the numbers you can get with a lead shell. Good luck!

Forgot to add make sure you are drawing your  circle around the densest part of your pattern.

Thanks .  Is 130-140 a good killing number at 40.  Nervous about going tighter with just a bead.

Those numbers will absolutely work buddy!! The tss will hit like a freight train! The going numbers of pellets in a 10 inch circle were 100 forever. I think we all including myself get caught up in counting pellets! You’re pattern is definitely a killing pattern! Good luck this year.
