Cackle and fast cutting
« on: February 15, 2019, 06:02:39 PM »
I had a customer request some help with fast cutting so I made him a little instructional video that may help others with any scratchbox.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field

Thank you. I'm going to try that technique, that cutting sounded much better than mine.

That was very helpful. I just bought my hunting buddy a scratch box so I sent that video to him too.

Might be the best sounding yelps I’ve ever heard from a call

Thanks for the compliments guys.  I'm just happy to get pictures of dead birds from all over the country every year.  Makes my own hunts worth it.  Even when my success is far away and following hens....

I have been practicing cutting the way you showed in the video, mine has improved substantially. Hopefully I will have a picture of a dead bird for you soon, season opens Monday. My witches fiddle is my go to opening day.
