Any of you federal heavyweight fans seen this. It's the 15g #7s like the federal heavyweight. Has the same oz of shot and 1100 fps just like
Heavyweight. I'm trying to find it for sale to try it out. I'm not on the TSS train.

Yea I've had my eye on them as im a big fan of the "old" heavyweight #7s in my 20 ga. 1&3/8 oz in the 20 and 1&5/8 oz load in the 12 in the kent loads. Would definitely like to try them, just what some of us have been calling for , for years, a 15g/cc load without the FCW! I see macks pw has them in the latest flyer they sent. Now for the bad, $30 for 20 ga and $33 i believe for the 12! Id definitely try them if i can find them locally, but thats doubtful.

Do you not like the flight control wad?

I saw these the other day as well and they peaked my interest.  I was hoping that they would be a by cheaper though, at that price I may as well just buy the new browning TSS load.

Cabelas doesn't have them yet, still looking.  May have to break down & order a box to try.

Found some of the 12g up here in Canada for 35 which is cheap considering the exchange rate. If they shoot well out of my 870 I will be stocking up!

I'd really like to try them, more options is always better.  But at the price would you just go with the tss at that point?

If your state allows #9's go with TSS, otherwise I would give those Kents a try.
