I'm currently reading "The Education of a Turkey Hunter" by Frank T. Hanenkrat
It's a good read.

I read Illumination in the Flatwoods and enjoyed it very much.  A guy told me about a Tube video that is that book.  I watched it last night just to see.  It was close to the book.  The title is:  My Life as a Turkey,  runs about an hour.

Get Doc's second book while you are at it.  I just read both of them for the second time.
Currently reading Practical Turkey Hunting Strategies by Ray Eye.  More of a how to book but I'm reading it anyway.

I mentioned Somewhere Along the Way by Andy Johnson above and his second book Dirt Roads and Dogwoods by Andy Johnson was released this week. Going to be ordering an autographed copy after the NE Call Makers Summit.

Now I'm reading a VERY good turkey hunting book.
It's The American Wild Turkey Hunting Tactics and Techniques by  John McDaniel.
I bought it used and just ordered another book by him.  Worth looking for.
