Base for reflex

Had this reflex sight bought for me. Mounts were supposed to fit my 835 ultimate-mag. Bottom line it don't. What kind of base am I needing to make this work. Thanks folks

It looks like a standard Weaver/picatinny mount to me.  Is it possible the mount on the sight is a rim fire mount?

That is going to sit really high on the gun. may want to consider a checkpiece.
