TSS Suggestions

Thinking about making the switch to TSS.  I have always shot Winchester LongBeard #5 3in and have been somewhat happy with them.  Not too impressive beyond 30 yds.  I shoot a comp-n-choke xxx which I believe is .665.  I shoot both a Remington 870 and benellie sb2 with same choke out of each.  Just curious to what's everyone's opinion on the Federal TSS in #9 vs #7.  Also I have researched Apex but it seems like more people are going with Federal in my neck of the woods.

Federal 3" 1.75 oz of 9s is all you need. Did 9s are legal do not waste your time or money with 7s. That load will do better than the long beards and just use the chokes you have, a 665-670 should do great.
