WASHINGTON — The United States Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) today of price changes to take effect Jan. 27, 2019.

been their and tried it . i dont have any where local buy the right boxes so by time i buy boxes on line  and said companies use  UPS ( which cost just as much as boxes to ship  )  i got just as much rapped up in boxes and shipping material
