Loose forearm on new 11-87 20 gauge?
« on: November 13, 2018, 08:27:44 PM »
Anybody have an easy fix for a slightly loose forearm? Forearm is loose at the receiver, not terrible but moves a little and that bothers me a bit. My other exact gun does not have the slight loose feeling. Yes the mag cap is as tight as I can get it. Thinking of some type of shim or something? Any ideas??

Thanks

Depending on how loose it is—-a couple one inch pieces of electrical tape stacked on top of each other may do it. Place them on the inside bottom of the forearm

To be honest if it is new then I would return it for one that is set up proper, I can only see something like that getting worse.
