SP-10 Chokes

I have a Pure Gold .710 on the way.  Can I expect it to throw a better 40 yard pattern with the Nitro 4X5X7 loads than the PG .690 in my SP-10??

In my sp-10 the Indian creek .710 shot the 4x5x7's better than the Jellyhead .695, But I have not tried Pure gold.

Pellet-wise, how much better did the .710 choke pattern the Triplex load than the .695??

I can't quite remember and do not have pics, I think it was only 40 to 50 hits better here are a couple pics of Nitro strait #7 with the IC and Jellyhead

I am shooting a handload hevi 6 thats getting 330 in 10" at 40 yards out of a 690 PG. It does string a little bit.
