Im sure they are having their tape provider just provide it for them. Most of them get hundreds of thousands of pieces and they can afford to do that. If they get a Mossy Oak or Realtree pattern I would bet they have to give Mossy Oak a royalty off each call they sell, or something similar to that. Technically anyone who sells anything that is printed or made from a Mossy Oak patterned material is supposed to pay them.
