Bought me a Mossberg 500 in 20 ga today with spare change I’ve been saving up for a year. 22 in barrel, fiber optic sights, Mossy Oak Dipped. Just need to start pattering some shells now.

What kind of shell, choke combos go well with this gun? Thanks Sam

I shoot a 500 with 26” barrel using a Carlson 575 and handload of TSS 9s. Have a pattern picture in the 20 ga pattern section.

Look in the 20 gauge pattern forum. Theres TONS of good combos there.
