You don't need a die set at all. For turkey loads it's one at a time, by hand, and with simple tools and powder and shot scales.

The easiest loads are roll crimped. You can get a roll crimp bit from Precision Reloading or Apex. It fits in a drill.  I like the old hand crank antiques that show up on eBay.
