Quick Speedbead and FF question

Mounted and sighted in a speedbead and ff2 on a Benelli SBEI that is known to shoot true to POA with barrel beads. However, when FF2 is sighted in the red dot is not in line with barrel beads windage wise. Whats the scoop here, common or no? Bothers me that it doesn't line up with both beads, your thoughts?

That's weird.  I would fire two shots.... 
1) with the sight turned off and lining up the beads
2) using the sight
...and see which one is closer.  If they're both dead on, I'd guess your gun has been sprinkled with holy water.
