Tough to tell. Spur length can vary by species and vary by location. If hes got a full fan he meets my standards. Been getting pictures of a bird with at most a 5" beard but he appears to be rocking some 1.25" spurs. Beard and weight doesn't tell anything. Spurs are your best bet at aging but once a spur exceed 1" its a guessing game.
