Honestly I can't get used to the dot. I have a very very bad habit of lifting my head when I shoot it. It's cost me to many times now, so I bought a scope instead. I wish I could of broke that habit to be honest. Because adding a scope adds a pile

I had the same issue prior to going with a reflex sight.
I had never used them till my last tour in Iraq. Heck now I want them on every thing !!! Ha
