My wife & I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Texas last week and I picked up some misquite in San Antonio. It's not finished but I'm sure liking the looks of it in this scratch box.

Mesquite makes a great looking and sounding call.  I make a lot
of pot calls and heads for 2 piece strikers out of mesquite.

I have enough to sell 3-4 pot calls and a few scratch boxes. The coloration varies.
