The back has a full length zipper on the back side. I use this for head nets or mask, gloves, headlamp, wallet, keys, etc.

I loaded this bag with 4 pots calls, 5 strikers, shotgun shells, 3 locator calls, pruners, 2 box calls, striker roll up, thermocell, rangefinder, scratch box, mask, gloves, diaphragm calls, water bottle, tp, etc. I even tried my rain gear just to see and it did fit, but it was very tight. I would say it would hold about anything you wanted to put in there. Really depends on how much you want to lug around all day.

I spoke to Kelly this am and he was telling me about the interest in his satchel. I decided to post so he wouldn't have to answer everyone.
Because I do not have a Mossy Oak license to produce, I am very limited to the amount the milling company would sell to me. Another issue is the EXTREME amount of hours it took to make this one. Labor plus materials and accessories does not = a great price. I am not committing to making a production run unless I am sure I can get the bottomland material ( inside is the same as outside except it does not have the coating). That being said, if you would like to leave me your name and email address, if I decide to make them I would contact you to confirm you would still be interested. Please send to my email GreensCCH@yahoo.com instead of OG pm. I do have the BL striker roll ups for sale in the classified. Thanks, Glenda

Very ...very nice....can you lay a longbox in there anywhere...if it were in a holster?

Thanks!  Glenda makes some nice stuff. You would be able to lay a long box on the inside of the bag with no issues. I believe the inside pockets are around 10" in depth, but I'm sure Glenda could modify if needed. Shoot her and email and she can tell you all about it as she has the dimensions and layout of the bag.

Here is a picture with everything in the bag as mentioned in earlier posts with a pair of rain pants and coat. It is stuffed to the gills, but it did fit and can be zipped up.

Tom Teasers makes practically an identical bag, if not perfectly identical. I got mine on sale at Bass Pro for $25. I found them online at Bass Pro and Midwest Turkey Calls for $39.99. Used mine last year, it was comfortable and convenient.

That does look pretty close.  What color is the wording on the front?

The Tom Teaser satchel I had wouldn't hold a candle to this satchel. There is a reason why it's so cheap. It had no zippers, very thin carry strap, non waterproof material, very few pockets for calls and not to mention the bright orange logo on the front. :) Also, the sizing of this satchel is wider much like a messenger bag.

I do think the color choice for the logo is a bit odd for a turkey hunting bag.
