No being interested in competion. What strikers do ordinary turkey hunters suggest for the Kee Kee. Be interesting to try on a pot even through I do okay on a mouth call.

For running the kee disc, you are going to want the rhododendron from Roger Parks.

For hunting, almost any good pot call will kee with almost any striker!

I have a mountain laurel kee kee striker from Matt McLain that is really good. He also has rhododendron.

1/4" birch with a half corn cob striker seems to give me the best tone,..get one light enough you can get the right tone,..but still hold that tone as you increase the desperation in the call.

Pretty much any pot and striker can work, it's more technique than striker. That being said striker does make a dif and it depends on the call.
