picked this up at the flea market..is it valuable?..rare?...cant find any info on it

Not rare.  Only collectable if made in Liberty, Miss.
A good sounding call. 
No trees were hurt in the sending of this message, however a large number of electrons were highly inconvenienced.

or Birmingham Alabama. The ones from Alabama go for a pretty good penny. At least the 101 foolproofs do.
