I saw where he sent out 5 Mahoe's Monday! Was really hoping one of them was the one I had ordered! Lol. Beautiful!! Hope a tulipwood is in the box when mine arrives!

Does the bronzed glass have a rougher texture or what makes it so much better than regular glass?

I concur. Super happy to get his mahoe before the initial "end" and also get in on that extra 21 pieces of bronzed glass he got not too terribly long ago. He posted a Facebook picture a few days after he put up yours and the other 4 Mahoes he shipped Monday of a Padauk Bronzed Glass/Alum...talk about a looker! I'm curious as to if it was someone on here that got that beauty! Can't wait to get my Mahoe in! Beautiful again Daddy Rat!

I talked to Brad earlier and he said it was made out of a end piece of tulipwood

I've got a Lyman striker that close to that dark but has some light mixed in, not solid like this one

Yeah, the ones I've had were light and dark mixed as well. Tulipwood makes for a fine striker no doubt.

I have 3 , including a blue mahoe bronze glass over aluminum. Brad is building me a bronze glass over glass in blue mahoe as we speak. Cant wait. He said he hasnt put one of these together yet , so mine will be the first.
