Non-ported choke suggestions
« on: June 11, 2017, 04:57:48 PM »
Can anybody recommend a non-ported turkey choke that you’ve had success with? And while you’re at it, what shotshells worked with it? I’m shooting a SP-10.

I may end up getting a ported one (looking at Indian Creek), but I’d like to know my options. From what searching I've done on the web, I might not have any choice.

Thank you!

I don't seem to notice much difference in muzzle blast from ported and non ported in my 10ga they are both loud. Indian Creek chokes are a good choke and I run them in my guns (10ga,12ga,20ga)

I have a Trulock 695 non ported choke in my bps 10 and I can shoot heavyweights magblends and nitros and they all rip consistent and true.  It's only 55 dollars to the door brand new. It will never come out
