Help a Flickr out

Ok so I have a flickr acct and I am downloading pics.  How do I get the image to appear in the message instead of the link?

Bringing this one back to life, anyone know?  Photobucket is toasted. I have no problem uploading photos to flickr, how do you upload them on here?

There is a tutorial in the thread titled photo bucket that may help you out.

Once you load your pictures into a folder double click the picture and you will see a arrow at the bottom right, it says share photo, click that and you will get a few options and the one you want is BBCode , copy and paste the link just like photo bucket. Hope that helps.

I haven't figured out how to embed the picture straight from the mobile app... but from the laptop / computer:

Sign on to your Flickr account (no kidding...lol)

Go to your uploaded photos in your camera roll & select the pic you want
Lower right there is an arrow that allows you to share the pic

This takes you to a screen where you can select the size of the photo you'd like to embed...

Right click and copy - then paste it into the reply window here

Here's a youtube video of similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjy6-u6RU3g

I'll be anxious to see if there's any other tips from members here. I do know that PhotoBucket is a pain in the rear-end now!

I have been using Flickr for a long time and like it. Pretty good info in the above post. All seems to be spot on. I haven't figured out how to post from the mobile app either. I also can't post from my phone anymore either in my web browser ie. safari. Not sure why... I have to use my laptop to post pics.

I was hoping to post right from my phone, Ill give the above a whirl.  Such a pain, take pic with phone, email to myself, upload on computer just to post.  I'll give a few tries tonight. Thanks all.

I can post straight from my phone without using tapatalk if I use studio on my phone and resize it. I have a Droid though don't know if it's possible from an IPhone

Install the Flickr app on the phone... iPhone gives you the option to "send" your pic to the app. When you open the Flickr site on the computer, your pic will be there. No need to email or text pic to yourself that way.
