Mossberg 5500 mkii choke suggestions?

Just acquired one of these for really cheap in original mossy oak treestsnd with a 24 inch barrel.......looking to get a choke under $60 for it and maybe some fiber optic sights. Which constriction do you guys suggest for Longbeard xr #5 or #6 both 3 inch
