I bought this same vest during this spring season.  After reading review after review about this vest being cut larger than a normal M/L size one  I also decided to purchase the M/L size.  I'm 6' 2"-225 and normally wear the XL/XXL size vest.  But this vest is cut larger and the M/L fits me perfectly with even a little room to spare.  So, if you're around my size, this vest will fit you with no problem.

I agree with SKFOOTER, It is plenty big on me and I am 6'2 200.   I think it would fit anyone that normally wears an XL.
