Good Friday turned out pretty good, I finally got on the board with a gobbler (just not the one I was after), was a little on the light side for our average 2 yr old birds but not complaining. After a 2 hr wait and some light calling he came in quiet, but the funny thing is about 15 minutes after I shot him the bird I was after started gobbling again right where he had been for the last 2 hrs.
Easter morning was wet and storming at first light but I got a bearded hen that had been on my bucket list and still made it to church, not a good picture because she is wet.
