Gabon ebony box call

I have been talking to a call maker about making a box call with a Gabon ebony top.  He said he has not made one but would be interested.  He asked what other wood I would want. 
For any of you that have made a box call with gabon ebony what sides would you reccomend

Butternut or
Buckeye burl

The most common two bodies for my gabon ebony lids are buckeye burl and curly koa. I have also made a musical masterpiece with Holley.
