What's your favorite call if you could take just one?

It would be a dead heat between my glass call lee made me or a cheap ring zone slate my dad bought me (my first call) I called most my birds in with the two

Central Virginia is home for me. It's the only state I've ever hunted in. I don't really have that much desire to venture out chasing birds or whitetails for that matter. The only thing that's got me itching to venture out is elk, at this point though that's just a dream.

Actually she does lol she wanting to shoot a turkey but with a crossbow I got her a brand new super bantam mossberg she don't won't to shoot it

Aggravated about last weekends youth hunt. Took my 8yr old son and was covered up by other hunters who didn't have a child with them!!  Rant over

Our season opened Saturday but I didn't get to hunt until Monday and it was almost successful.  I had a fun hunt and had one at 10 steps but I couldn't get on him in thick brush. He completely circled me and I never got a shot off before he couldn't find the hen he was hunting and left. Today I didn't hear a bird.
