Frying pan Copper vs standard flat

Can someone advise me if these any difference in the sound between the frying pan Copper vs the flat Copper? The surfaces I've seen online sell for about a dollar more for the frying pan. I'm new to call making and was thinking about ordering some Copper to work with later on. Thanks.

I use both in my calls, both sell equally as well. To me, the flat is raspier than the frying pan, but the frying pan doesn't require as much conditioning
