Decided to take this year's bird and make jerky. (1st Time with turkey) I wanted to keep it simple. Lasted about 3 days in my house.
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
