Update from Oklahoma

Well guys, I left Iowa to head down to Oklahoma and hunt some public land on Friday.  We hunted hard Saturday and Sunday and got my buddy his first bird, a jake. I finally scored myself this morning! Not a huge tom but a pretty nice one. I'll post scores and details later I'm the week when I get home and have good Internet connection again. Just wanted to update everyone. Also, as soon as I get back I start hunting in Iowa so should be able to add to the total there.

Yea it looks like we are around 25 points behind choot n d face, so once this bird goes on the board we will be back in the lead. I'm still hoping to add some points to the score as well.

Hey guys, I'm back from Oklahoma. Got my bird score posted. Sorry it took so long, I didn't have data on my phone and we were pretty much living out of my truck. Anyway, he wasn't a huge bird but decent. I start hunting in Iowa tonight though and I'm pretty sure I will upgrade that bird. Thanks for the congratulations guys. It was a really fun but tough 5 days down there, but I'm so happy to have brought home a great rio, and done gun memories.
