Finally getting out
« on: April 14, 2016, 10:03:20 AM »
Not for me though. Taking my neice out in her first turkey hunt this Saturday. Wel, first hunt ever actually. I'm hoping that we can at least hear a bird. It'll be a hunting trip for her and a scouting trip for myself. Don't care how big the bird is. If she wants to shoot it and it's legal, she's got the green light. I just hope she can hold still long enough to get a good shot at the bird. Of course, that also has me hoping that we can get lucky enough to call one in for her to get a shot at all.

There's a risk taking your niece sir. That risk is becoming thunder chicken slaying addict :-)

Best of luck.

I hope so. Not real sure my daughters are going to want to hunt when they grow up. The younger one may but we'll see.
