Rio Grande Down
« on: April 04, 2016, 10:07:59 PM »
Hit the woods on opening day of archery season in Kansas.  Had a bunch of gobbling and several toms in the field.  This bird decided to cooperate.  He is a beauty of a Rio.  I dont have all the exact stats yet but I know he weighed just over 22lbs and about 10" beard and 1" or 1 1/8" spurs.  I will get his official measurements posted tomorrow.

I have several Elites.  This particular one is the Synergy.  Love it for turkey hunting.
