First time in MS.  Hunting was tough, but managed to take a beautiful Eastern gobbler.
Perhaps a story to come later...its a good one.

I was beginning to wonder. What was the stats?

Nice three or four year old bird according to our host (I would have guessed him at that, too).  Had good sharp spurs but both were just over an inch long,...one might make 1-1/8".   Weighed 17 lbs. 14 oz.  Beard was 9.5".
