also new to here last year, and missed the sign up. 26 years old been at them for 16 years. been out of state several times, will be completing my slam with a merriums this year. of course the most prized bird is being able to take a hometown Mississippi gobbler every year. would love to join. don't know anybody, but I figured this would be a good way to learn some folks on the forum

Lol, I like that last one.

Anybody have a buddy they can recruit? I have 3 guys I got ahold of that haven't showed up yet. Leaves us with a few spots still open. I'll give it to about the third week of February before I stop reserving any spots and recruit from the random thread completely.

Alright, we are up to 6 guys now. Looks like a few of the guys I talked to aren't going to sign up, so once Jim submits his ideas for a team name we'll vote and have OG move this thread to the team stickies.

If anybody has someone else they want on this team pm them and see if they're game. Then I'll have the mods fill the rest of the spots from the random sign-up thread.

I am guessing that any chances of having people from Team #47 on AT on this team are not going anywhere?

Not really, that's OK though, I'm not going to press anyone to hard. I would prefer to keep this team a little more active as far as participation goes, getting guys that don't really love to turkey hunt to sign up may dull the contest here a little. This way the guys that post and hunt a lot have better shot at being on a fun team.
