Got some time off this weekend going to try and make a few calls. I have some old furniture legs I think are oak I been wanting to cut and turn into some calls. Looks like a glass/slate with widowmaker picture=team call.  :turkey2:

Well the furniture legs just did not turn out to look any good so I used a piece of eastern hickory that dad sent me from pa. Just wish it was a darker piece of hickory. It helps to have a connection in the hardwood mill area.lol thanks dad! Looked for a 2016 quarter but could not find one might haft to go to the bank and get one and set in and let the glue set up and then post up a sound file of it In a couple of days.
