My first!

This is my first crack at making a crow call..... I used beechnut and a plastic reed assembly. I'm not sure I like the shape of the call, but it sure sounds great...

Well, I like the shape just fine. Great looking call. I like that lanyard...what is it made from?

I see your into fly fishing. Im thinking about jumping back into it after not doing any for probly 25 years. I was a kid when I did it last. Im hankering to get over to the Owens river here in California. Love that part of the state.

Mark, glad to see your going to get back into fly fishing.... I love it... Haven't had as much time for it as-of-late but the weather is breaking and I'll be back out there soon. I hope you do too!

As for the lanyard it's just Para-cord 225 with the guts removed and a needle knot looped around the call....
The plastic snaps I got at JoAnn Fabric's and you just thread the para-cord through them and knot the ends off and snap them together, easy...... Dougie.
