I bought the wrong size and never got around to returning them.  I paid $200 plus shipping so my loss is your gain.  They are 16" Tall and zip up.  They are waterproof and very easy to get on and off.  These boots have never been worn or even taken out of the plastic.  I ended up buying the right size same brand and by far the best boot I have ever worn. $170 obo +shipping.
