Seeing if anyone has experience with the gold 10 and federal hw? If so what choke should I get? Pics of patterns would also be nice. THANKS

Buddy of mine is shooting one with Rob Roberts .690 and Federal Heavyweight #7's. He is gonna shoot it tomorrow so I'll let you know what it does.
